Module Code: Pro-A-Hyd-30

Course contents:

  • Physical principles and laws of hydraulic systems.
  • Characteristics of hydraulic systems.
  • Functions, symbols and types of hydraulic pumps, actuator, filters, tank and coolers.
  • Types and Characteristics of hydraulic valves base on their structure.
  • Design hydraulic circuit diagram using Festo simulation.


Main machines/equipments:

  • Pumps.
  • Direction control valves.
  • Flow control valves.
  • Pressure control valves.
  • Actuators.
  • Hydraulic hoses.
  • Accessories
  • Festo software.

Objectives:

After completion of this course the participant should be able to:

  • Understand the basics and important physical principles of hydraulics.
  • Familiarize with hydraulic elements commonly used in the industry.
  • Design hydraulic circuits diagram which commonly used in the industry area.


Prerequisite:

Engineers, Technicians or Participant who work in hydraulic field.

Language: English Arabic.

Duration: 8 days (9.00 a.m. 2.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 32}

Number of participants: Max. 10 persons.

Module Code: Pro-A-Hyd-31

Course contents:

  • Symbols and main Function of electro-hydraulic components.
  • Direct and indirect control.
  • Logical function control circuit.
  • Design control circuit diagram using FESTO software.

Main machines/equipments:

  • Hydraulic machine.
  • Relays timers counter pressure switch (Kits).
  • Festo software.
Objectives:

After completion of this course the participant should be able to:

  • Design control circuit diagram which commonly used in the industry area.
  • Understand Symbols and main Function for electro-hydraulic components.

Prerequisite:

Participant who attended hydraulic Basic Level (Pro-A-Hyd-31), or who works with hydraulic systems in his field.

Language: English Arabic.

Duration: 5 days (9.00 a.m. 2.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 20}

Number of participants: Max. 10 persons.


Module Code: Pro-A-Hyd-32

Course contents:

  1. Basic structure of programmable logic controller
  2. Design PLC Program by CX-Programmer software
  3. Command and function of the PLC (OMRON) CJ Series.
  4. Programming control system in logic control using LADDER language
  5. PLC interface to Application Module.

Main machines/equipments:

  • PLC (OMRON) CJ Series.
  • Application Module
  • Software CX-Programmer.

Objectives:

After completion of this course the participant should be able to:-

  • Understand the structure, basic parts, functions and command as well as different functions in PLC.
  • Use CX-Programmer software to program and control PLC (OMRON).


Prerequisite:

Participant who attended hydraulic Basic Level (Pro-A-Hyd-30) and level 2 (Pro-A-Hyd-31) or who works with hydraulic systems in his field.

Language: English Arabic.

Duration: 5 days (9.00 a.m. 2.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 20}

Number of participants: Max. 10 persons.
