Course contents:

  • Physical principles and laws of hydraulic systems.
  • Characteristics of hydraulic systems.
  • Functions, symbols and types of hydraulic pumps, actuator, filters, tank and coolers.
  • Types and Characteristics of hydraulic valves base on their structure.
  • Design hydraulic circuit diagram using Festo simulation.


Main machines/equipments:

  • Pumps.
  • Direction control valves.
  • Flow control valves.
  • Pressure control valves.
  • Actuators.
  • Hydraulic hoses.
  • Accessories
  • Festo software.

Objectives:

After completion of this course the participant should be able to:

  • Understand the basics and important physical principles of hydraulics.
  • Familiarize with hydraulic elements commonly used in the industry.
  • Design hydraulic circuits diagram which commonly used in the industry area.


Prerequisite:

Engineers, Technicians or Participant who work in hydraulic field.

Language: English – Arabic.

Duration: 8 days (9.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.). {Total teaching hours 32}

Number of participants: Max. 10 persons.
