Pneumatic Course Level 1

Module Code: Pro-A-Pneu-40

    1. Physical principles and laws of pneumatic systems.
    2. Functions, symbols and types of air compressor, cylinders, air motors, OR & and gates, quick exhaust valve and silencer.
    3. Characteristics of pneumatic systems.
    4. Types and Characteristics of pneumatic valves based on their structure.
    5. Design pneumatic circuit diagrams using Festo simulation.
    1. Air Compressors.
    2. Direction control valves.
    3. Flow control valves.
    4. Pressure control valve.
    5. Actuators.
    6. Devices (pressure gauge, OR &and gate, quick exhaust valve and silencer).
    7. Pneumatic tubes.
    8. Festo software.
    After completion of this course the participant should be able to:
    • Understand the basic and important physical principles of pneumatic
    • Familiarize with pneumatic elements commonly used in the industry
    • Design pneumatic circuits diagram which commonly used in the industry area.
    Engineers, Technicians and Engineering students and graduates,who wish to learn about the field of Pnematic.

Pneumatic Course Level 2

Module Code: Pro-A-Pneu-41

    1. Symbols and main Function of electro-pneumatic components.
    2. Direct and indirect control.
    3. Logical function control circuit.
    4. Sequence control and working diagram of electro- pneumatic control systems.
    5. Design control circuit diagram using FESTO software.
    1. Pneumatic machine.
    2. Relays – timers – counter – pressure switch (Kits).
    3. Festo software.
    After completion of this course the participant should be able to: 
    • Design control circuit diagram which commonly used in the industry area.
    • Understand Symbols and main Function for electro- pneumatic components.
    Participant who attended pneumatic Level 1 (Pro-A-Hyd-40), or who works with pneumatic systems in his field.

Pneumatic Course Level 3

Module Code: Pro-A-Pneu-42

    1. Basic structure of programmable logic controller 2. Design PLC Program by CX-Programmer software 3. Command and function of the PLC (OMRON) CJ Series. 4. Programming control system in logic control using LADDER language 5. PLC interface to Application Module.
    1. PLC (OMRON) CJ Series. 2. Application Module 4 type. 3. Software CX-Programmer.
    After completion of this course the participant should be able to:-
    • Understand the structure, basic parts, functions and command as well as different functions in PLC.
    • Use CX-Programmer software to program and control PLC (OMRON).
    Participant who attended Pneumatic Level 2 (Pro-A-Hyd-41), or who is familiar or works with Electro-pneumatic systems in his field.
