    1. Physical principles and laws of hydraulic systems.
    2. Characteristics of hydraulic systems.
    3. Functions, symbols and types of hydraulic pumps, actuator, filters, tank and coolers.
    4. Types and Characteristics of hydraulic valves based on their structure.
    5. Design hydraulic circuit diagram using Festo simulation.
    1. Pumps.
    2. Direction control valves.
    3. Flow control valves.
    4. Pressure control valves.
    5. Actuators.
    6. Hydraulic hoses.
    7. Festo software
    8. Accessories.
    After completion of this course the participant should be able to: 
    • Understand the basics and most important physical principles in hydraulics.
    • Identify hydraulic elements commonly used in the industry.
    • Design hydraulic circuit diagrams which commonly used in the industry area.

    1. Symbols and main Function of electro-hydraulic components.
    2. Direct and indirect control.
    3. Logical function control circuit.
    4. Design control circuit diagram using FESTO software.
    1. Hydraulic machine.
    2. Relays – timers – counter – pressure switch (Kits).
    3. Festo software.
    After completion of this course the participant should be able to: 
    • Design control circuit diagram which commonly used in the industry area.
    • Understand Symbols and main Function of electro-hydraulic components.
    Participant who attended Hydraulic Level 1 (Pro-A-Hyd-30), or who works with Hydraulic systems in his field.

HYDRAULIC COURSE LEVEL 3

    1. Basic structure of programmable logic controller
  • 2. Design PLC Program by CX-Programmer software.
  • 3. Command and function of the PLC (OMRON) CJ Series.
  • 4. Programming control system in logic control using LADDER language.
  • 5. PLC interface to Application Module.
    1. PLC (OMRON) CJ Series.
    2. Application Module
    3. Software (CX-Programmer).
    After completion of this course the participant should be able to:-  
    • Understand the structure, basic parts, functions and command as well as different functions in PLC.
    • Use CX-Programmer software to program and control PLC (OMRON).
    Participant who attended Hydraulic Course level 2 (Pro-A-Hyd-31) or who is familiar or works with Electro-hydraulic in his field.
